Bear skin (8 in stock) - 170s
Leather (stock reserved) - 25s
Gelatinous lard (a few, a score, a few scores) - 20s
Beaver tail (20 in stock) - 50s
Deer antlers (10+ in stock) - 15s
Fallen Sodom brick (3 in stock) - 400s
Things i would consider to trade for are 7-use inspirationals of all kinds. Not buying, but trading my wares for them if you so desire.

The price of your bear skins seems to be highly excessive if you ask me. I'd recommend you poke around in other threads or ingame to see how much they actually sell for or if there is a demand at all. Also most people sell them directly to the NPC stalls.

Has the price rise that much because of it? It's not as if bears are much rarer to find now and what a newbie is gonna do with a bear skin if he can't make the stuffing to make the teddy bear? If you sell the skin for that purpose then wouldn't it be more profitable to sell the teddy directly?

Someone can't get the Cottons and Soaps? That's absurd. You don't even have to actually be able to kill anything to get a trickle of lard, and killing beavers is so easy you should be able to get some supply anyway. Or cravenly buy lard from merchants and stalls at a jacked up rate. The coal and salt are also trivially easy. Cotton is just a matter of a very easily acquired skill, and waiting, and not even much waiting if you don't care about influence, just jack up the plenty and speed.
Be grateful someone is willing to fight Ol' Ep for you. That much would actually be a little daunting for a newb, what with the breaking your bones and bleed and fear. Now, whether or not you want a particular bear price, that's like, your choice man. If the price seems like something you are willing to pay based on comparable offerings on the market, supply of bear hides at that time, and how much you want it, you buy it. If not you try and haggle the guy down, or walk away. This is not the only place you can buy the hides. I've known people who's characters eat, slept, and hunted. They had so many hides they didn't know what to do with them. Now that they have a market for bair hides at maybe better than the going NPC rate, they will do it. Maybe at a bit of a loss from the going rate if you want some other hides or leather too. The real thing that flumoxes you in that market is what to do with all the goddamn leather from deer and bunnies. Sure, you can sell it, or make clothes and stuff, but selling to players is better.

Thank you for your comments, I am taking them all into consideration. I have just walked through the providence stalls to discover one teddy at 800silver, a bearskin at 300s and another at 450s.
Maybe 170 sound like too much to you old veterans who can drop it with 3 hits. But seeing as dead bunnies are sold at 10s a piece, I consider finding and killing a bear significantly harder than killing 17 rabbits.
The only full teddy kits i saw sold were around 400s, and fluffies at 50 a piece. Bear skins are also used for other gear pieces, like fishermans coat e.g.
