Who are the go to tailors novadays?

Looking for a medium range 3-4 slot gear set, and particularly an honorable and skilled tailor and slotter for such. With Orchid and Barny out of the business, who else is there with an advanced skillset?

I have only seen the offer from Astaroth with around 500 T&N.
