[Popham] Selling base | WTS Prospectors Pan, Pearl

due to irl issues we are selling our base on popham, theres 2 claims (27x33 tiles - mine entrance claim, 60x75 tiles - main base) both are secured with torches and braziers, stone hedge.
in base we have:
- wrought iron production
- 150 pots
- 4 filed, 8 humus bins, 2 coops
- oven, baking table
- 4 smelters
- lots of stuff, food, 100kg + of oatmeal, a lot of killed beavers, deers and bears.
All that will be yours, ill give you all privileges on both claims or declaim if you have enough silver to claim all land, ill make you master copy of the key to gates and give you my copy of it.
We want to sell all that for silver on Providence - highest offer to 20-07-2015 will win. Silver first (on providence) or if you are trusted we can go 50% first then the rest after you are settled.
