I will either accept or deny the contract after bringing it before the Black Council.
We will then speak in game/pm and decide upon a time to exchange goods.

1. Silver or items on your end first, no exceptions.
2. Proof from both ends will require on the fly Print Screen uploads of us both in town at the same time with open inventory's, no time will be allowed to edit the picture.

4. I will provide proof of the goods from my end.

Looking it up - its because I have spent TOO much money in multiple transactions yesterday...WTF
or it wants me to log in as if i have used this card before, but it is a pre paid debit card...

I had this issue because a long time ago I used paypall and the card was linked to that account but expired. I had to recover the account and update the card to get my packs.

Awaiting a ticket response from paypal, my apologies.
