You have to keep watch and if one of the stalls loses its white canopy then it can be bought. You can also attend the events on Sunday when the developers auction off a new stall. In any case you need to save up some silver. Good luck!

canopy is a cloth roof.
soo a white canopy is a white cloth roof.
its the white bedsheet draped over the stall.

Yes, thank you Rifmaster, i thought so too.
So, when a stall has no canopy, you right click it or something and you get the option to buy it?

Yes it will cost you 2500 silver, and it taxes you for 35% of whatever item was sold for it, it also has an upkeep of 350silver per week and even if you pay that 350s the stall will still continuously tax you if you are wanting to buy one from the auctions which usually happen Sundays. they range from anywhere to 3k all the way to 10k+ from the highest when stalls first came out. In reality if you do not have a surplus of items to sell where you will at least be making 1k a week do not even bother with stalls, or you will be at a negative profit.

for the record, not all stalls cost 2.5k.
It depend on the location of the stall, better ones costing upwards to 20k. The most expensive one (with 10% tax instead of 35%) costs 100k.
