This is my stall, right ip at the front – one of the best locations in Providence. Hundreds of players will visit this stall each week and I want you to sell your items in it.

Cost:
75 silver per week of 250 for a month per slot. That's less than 3 savage charms per week!

How it Works:
Simple. After you rent the slot we meet up you tell me a price and I'll take the items and put them into my stall right there in front of you. When they sell I'll PM you and we'll meet up again and I'll give you your silver, take the next item you wish to sell. Rinse and Repeat.

I paid 10,000 for this stall on top of a weekly rent, but I bought it because I wanted to help players who don't have that much silver on hand. Honesty is #1; if you extend me a little trust I'll give you a way to sell on the stalls.

Hmmmm.... His majesty expects that you will indeed pay him a cut of the revenue you guys make by renting out your slots in the form of depositing that money into the banker and withdrawing it.

wasnt the taxes 15%?

35% for normal stalls, and i think 15% for the 100k stall

What if buyer will decline to pay rents?

Then he will get excecuted

35% tax'd. 15% his majesty keeps. 20% his majesty sends back to the top towns to make sure they keep y'all civilized.

Simple the items will be purged (aka destroyed) or confiscated and the player will be denied any further request for a rent. I would also presume that the rep of this person would take a massive blow reducing his chance to ever trade with a trusted trader to none.
