to answer u Danu:
violin is from the shop, by playing it, it changes the biome around u to crag biome, and reduce the insanity of players around as well as urself (im already trading it tonight though)
the thing at 27k is redcoat backpack, its legacy now (20 slots 65% weight reduc.)
the other instrument changes to a different biome, each instrument changes to a different biome
