it's well known that heffernan makes such lowball offers, that he's become the one and only scammer who seems to be getting away with scamming.

example : he offered 3k for each of my amethysts and a different person offerend 10k per. ayylmao.

"lowball offer" is a therm meaning sth totally opposite to what u describe. And IMO low offers arent the reason to call someone scammer. I got ridiculous offers for my items every week.
