Exactly. Although I'm a flexiable person, if you are having trouble making rent we might be able to work something out.

I already do this for noobs for free.

Except with these differences:

I buy the item from them straight out so they dont need to be contacted once it has been sold. So I pay them the 65% of whatever a reasonable price would be and they get the money instantly without having to wait, and in the off case of me not getting rent paid for, they pay for it with the tax.

PM me if your interested, my services are much safer ( and chances are my stall is in a better location too :) )
