SIPO replied to my PM. He pointed out that he has an active store, and that his FORUM POST lists his stock prices for TAILOR services.

The Russian 100,000k low tax stall has some nice clothes from 'Entala Smith' or something like that. I don't know who that is but it seems there are still tailor's in the game. Also Sipo still plays, you might ask him in a PM if he'll do it for some silver.
