Raiders will happen.
Get your tiles to the 'World Map Project' before you start digging and paving so that they don't show up. This will make you safer.

Only thing that makes you safe in the Tribal Lands is the Second Age Treaty, for signing it you also get a free potion that cures Clague, it is a secret native recipe with Peyote Cactus and is made by our Mighty Wizard Khaz.
