I have a individual who is steal from me and the local area. I need help getting to his HS to take my items back from him. Im still a noob so i need some help. Im willing to pay and offer a bonus. The offender has no torches and no blazers. i lack the 90 phlegm to deal with him myself. please help?

I would say that atleast 130 phlegm is required for a stone wall(from my own experiences)
