SWM seeking FT for Friends Maybe More?

I'm tired of the forest scene and one of my friends told me about this site and I said to myself, "What have I got to lose?" So I'm here. I just feel like this culture expects all us to go out and act like cavemen, finding someone we like and bashing them on the head with a club and dragging them home. I'm just not like that. I am the perpetual "nice guy," but I don't think that should hold me back from finding the perfect match.
Anyway like the title says, I'm a single white male. I love canoeing, taking walks along the beach, and working with my hands. I've got a great sense of humor. Darwoth may be a bit of a curmudgeon but he cracks me up. I'm a bit of a Ideas & Innovations geek but I've recently began to branch out a bit. I might not have the biggest post count around but my **** posting percentage is in fact pretty low. That kind of stuff probably doesn't even matter to you, but to some people it makes a difference.
Oh in an effort for full disclosure I'll admit I have something of a bug collection, but I have a feeling you might appreciate something like that.
ABOUT YOU:
I've met a lot of turkeys before, but never one like you. You're different, You have this air about you, its indescribably really, like you're so beautiful but you don't even realize how much. It would take a guy like me to show you how different you are from those around you.
Look I won't lie, I've been hurt before.
But I know you're not like that. I want to start fresh, leave the past behind me and move on to better things. And I want you to be part of that. When I get my first stall I want you to be there. When I craft that perfect slotted gear I want you to be there. When I win my first dock club fight. I imagine us laughing together as I try on pumpkin masks.
WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER: I've built you a nice new home and I'll let you have top row. There will be a couple of friends and a nice guy named Charlie to keep you company. Charlie, he's a good guy.
And I promise I will not feed you wood choppings like some other guys out there might do. They don't understand you, I do. I know Friends will come and go but they will never make you eat them. I'm actually doing a bit of remodeling so there will be plenty of worms and grubs for you to eat.
So what do you say? Lets meet up for a cup of coffee or something and see how it goes. My homestead secret is LOVE4TURKEY, or send me a PM.
