A surprise can be found in the slums of Providence. I have brought back with me from my adventures deep into the Burial Grounds, a Morel Mushroom. There is a bright future Salemites. May your adventures last you a life time.

I saw thouse on the ground a few days ago but when I couldn't bring up a pick option with right click I just thought it was an inert terrain decoration. Is their some skill or trick needed to pick them?

P.S. -1 heal for each humor from your screen shot makes no sense, Morels are not poisonous.

-1 does not imply poison. That is a heal effect not a gluttony effect.
