it is now pretty obvious the witch in this scenario was marp all along and he pinned it on the poor farm girl with his treacherous and deceitful ways, i am of the opinion a public ass kicking from the community at large in the arena is in order

Not severe enough, but it wouldn't take long to implement bamboo splinters and the "Torture" skill. Be careful, though. Such a thing would definitely leave scents.

It's pretty obvious what happened so far.

The second witness had an affair with Lizbeth Maudney, which was seen by witness 1.

He then moaned her name in his sleep, which his wife heard, and so he claimed she was a witch and inserted herself into his dreams. When really he was just thinking about the fun they had in her back garden.

Let's just cut off his genitals for being adulterous, banish Lizbeth for being a homewrecker, and be done with this nonsense.
