No, you can however log back in on a chair that is taken inside, you will leave scents though & get stuck inside said claim
Additionally, there is a smart use of game mechanics which allows you to trespass without leaving scents or putting crimes on under certain circumstances. (not used in this case)

nevermind the tactic could have been prevented with simple security counter measures that most newbies take, but then we look at the fact one must usually sacrifice a murderer of their own IF it works which is not guranteed, then we go into the numerous ways to counter said tactic.
