Get home from work, 4 hours of rubble chipping.. 0 Amethysts.. meanwhile a friend logs in, chips for 20 minutes and gets one..

Alright, I have the scientifically proven Arcane Amethyst formula.

it's pure rng, it's basically the same as you having a chance of sterling geode from chipping stones.

Based on my observation I was "more lucky" when I logged in and started chipping.
First hour - 3 geodes 1 arcane 8 whetstones
next 3 hours - 1 geode 0 arcane 5 whetstones

And I have felt this before - in the beginning of the session I feel more lucky.

I got an amethyst and it did not come soon after logging in. I chipped, wassat?, 8000 rubble total and got it on 7006.
