While on the subject, what I can't figure out is how do you keep your crime Alts alive? It seems that every time you commit a crime and the victim is somewhat active it seems they are condemned to the stocks and to death.

Ever heard of tobacco?

hint: characters cannot be stocked while they are on-line. So just keep them forced online by taking away permissions on the claim they're standing on (won't generate additional scents if they are already standing on it, and it won't drain bbile either). This does require you to manage the madness everyday, though. The scents disappear after a set amount of time.

They die but you can inherit them on providence. The amount you inherit depends on how much you've prayed to the family statue i think
