sure, but since there are just as many fat people in europe as america the point is irrelevant, the only difference is our fat people ride scooters and tell you to change the oil in their car whereas your fat people have to walk very very slowly and do not have a car with oil to change!

First of all, Europe is not exactly comparable to America. You have countries like Denmark and Monaco which have higher living standards than Americans, but then you have turd world countries like Moldavia and **** like that.
So at the end of the day whether you are a fat ass or fit it is not infinitely better to be in america.
Also all the people with a choice will most likely go to germany, the UK, France, switzerland etc. for an important procedure, so no, Europeans generally don't come to America for surgery.
Also, who said anything about free healthcare? Europe isn't communist dude.

well the exact same can be said about the states since it is larger than the european continent, folks from abroad always mistakenly think that here the whole country is the same when making their comparisons and that is simply not true at all as customs, cultures, lifestyles and economic and social conditions vary just as widely from state to state here as they do from country to country in europe. also most of europe pretty much IS communist by american standards, it is just a lighter version that has been rebranded as socialist instead which is the same ****.
