Fresh Texas ribeye!

For xmas my wife did a amazing prime rib. Top 10 best piece of meat i ate. Left overs were turned into a awesome vegi soup. The ribs made a terrific broth

Some steaks in the US were good but nothing can replace Charolais Filet. Just too good.

May not be PC but I don't like 100% grass fed. Have not yet tried Aubrac beef though.
