As I posted in the Insanity forum. On a low level character I talked to Mr. Puggles a lot no madness. Then went and foraged for 4 gnomes finally got a madness level. Another four gnomes later another level. Then another 4 another level. It took me 2 hours of not studying anything and opening gnomes for me to finally get to madness 3. So I look forward to an occasional surprise. Cant wait to think I am a turkey lol.

i got that ravenous spark also 2 days ago and i tried to pick it from inventory got burned... ok tried to drop burned again and it started eat coal! ok i droped all items from inventory to the ground, ravenous flame dissappeared and i picked my items back. Not so hard huh, and no KO! common sense i guess :)

Madness adds flavour to the game, complicates it and in the same time give insane amount of joy. And for people who get wrecked by madness update consequences its nothing new as they got wrecked before and will be after, because this is not the update a problem its lack of common sense...

ya you just need to loose the coal. I just run to my stockbin and dump my coal and it goes away on its own. Simple

I simply move the flame into a container nearby. Solves issue right quick.
Shift Clicking of course.
