I forgot to post here again...

Both characters are over 48 hours of playtime.

Wife's madness was 4 mine was 2.

Both madness losses were definitely not due to the UI as they have never returned and this is days later. Both of us have gained at least one and slept it off since then.

I guess it was just a lucky glitch. Not sure how it happened to affect all 3 of our accounts though. Maybe it was just inside my claim that day? xD
