I am actually not sure how he ended up here - but its the same guy. Should I check out how far I am from Providence?

It's good to know, but in all honesty, its not going to change the fact that unless you claim over the pile, he, or someone else is going steal your timber piles.

Stupid question - but to clarify what someone said earlier - do claim stakes contribute to mold on timber piles? Do I have to place it far from the piles?

could you not simply expand your current claim? That'd be cheaper on upkeep as well as lending improved security because there are no gaps between claims, if your timber piles are close to your walls.

Unfortunately no - I made the mistake of building my base on uneaven ground (Near cliffs and all) so I had to find some space for the timber piles to be 5 distance apart - which happened to be about 40 distance from my base...

Some of us simply read the list from Unread Posts rather than clicking on the subforums. I didn't even notice this was HoB, I generally notice from the type of posts I'm reading
