obviously it was a client mod, but you didn't specify those couldn 't win :( I think it is just as valid as the way the stall competition was "won".

No. This was won in direct violation of the EULA by tampering with the client for the purpose of an unfair advantage. Which I always have and always will ban for.

The stall competition did no such thing.


I don't have an issue looking the other way on client mods that are in general for the betterment of the community.. But have no issue banning for them if they are used for malicious purposes and I think everybody knows that.

Using an approved mechanic to win a competition that was announced as a viable alternative to winning 3 weeks prior to when somebody used it. =/= hacking the game client to produce a fraudulent screenshot.

I reserve the right to award a hat to anybody who argues this. Let us just agree that client hacking to win competitions is not a good idea and not press the issue :).

LoL. I wasn't going to hat you for trying :). I certainly appreciate the 'effort'. Just didn't want things to escalate after the verdict.
