Signing the Treaty/ joining KKK

I am aware that the Tribe has disbanded, though I'd still like to sign the treaty or the current equivalent of it from the KKK.
Does anyone know the procedure and whom I am to contact?

as you know tribe has disbanded and the kkk members afaik are not gonna kill you unless you commit crimes

I have noticed also that the kkk tries to resemble the tribe. Do not fall for this Salemites. The tribe was keeping Salem free from criminals unlike the kkk who commits crimes for no reason. We need to ban together to eliminate the kkk from the server once and for all.
