At this stage of statements I would like to get some tips, how do I avoid these things from happening.
I'm still at the learning curve - I do not fully understand the criminal mechanics, tracks, scents.

For example, when I first investigated scents - I got some timer and arrow pointing towards someone claim/stolenitem/3rd option.
Logged off at some point. When I came back timer is gone. I have a bag full of red/yellow evidences.

Crime mechanics is something you learn along the way...after many incidents of shame, horrible losses and forms of embarrassing confusions, one will find out the truth.

Good Luck, dont let it get you down and always be prepared for the worst

I've always thought murder should have no statue of limitation in game. It is the ultimate crime. Instead we get 6 month scents on forging money and poison. I'd love to see murder get a 6 month statue of limitation... Or even longer.

Right now, I've killed several criminals, no one even tries to kill my alt... Maybe scents should stay longer!
