Don't worry sweetheart, i have found one. Not really sure why you speak of dev abuse though. It was you who usually benefited from it. I never had a developer remove a river for me because i did not pick a good spot for my base. i had to choose wisely and live with my decision on where i built my base. Glad to see word is getting around on the Developer Abuse though.
