SEPTEMBER Patch Warnings

Postby JohnCarver » Sun Aug 31, 2014 7:25 am

To follow with the trend. I will announce all the unique ways I expect the upcoming patch to cause tears here in an effort for the active and educated players to adjust accordingly.

*New Wall Type, with even more in the future hopefully. Plan your bases accordingly.

*Turkey Cuts will probably cease to exist. Eat them before the patch..

*Argo Meat will probably cease to exist as you know it. Eat them before the patch.

*Stuff with "Made with XXX" will all be dramatically different and/or will no longer have the buffs.

*Dried Fish might not have any charges after the patch.

*All values of all foods will be different. If you are stockpiling for a session in a particular way. Eat it before the patch..

*Brazier Range is getting nerfed down to 11 Tile Radius
Plan, fortify, and defend your bases before the patch accordingly. Wall soak will also be going up. Torch posts will be the longer-radius tower option of the future.

*Don't Bother spending too much time or hassle ripping stuff down prior to patch. AFTER patch the claimowner can destroy items without having to worry about soak values.

I don't expect the cannon to be making his appearance though this patch.

You will make them with specific turkey meats instead of the generic "turkey cut".
