EVERYTHING YOU SEE ABOVE is because I am going to soon be nuking all your outdoor stuff that should not be outdoors. This is me being generous and giving you a small window of time to carry it back inside a house before I do. This also means you can carry all these things OUT of houses for a short period of time. Do so at your own risk as, again, I will be finding a way to nuke such things shortly.

GTFO. I gave you guys almost a week to put your stuff back in your houses.

Damn, haven't been playing much so I missed it.
This still greatly increases the cost of upgrading a house. Is there are reason why you want us to rebuild all of our furniture when we build a new house?

Right, John. It would be better we could Carry the furnitures out and into a house, but can not drop them outside.

Another ask will be there.
What counts as a furniture, that "should not be outside"?
We have a little meeting place outside with a simple table and 4 chairs, will they also decay?

Anything that you cannot build outside, should not be outside.

Nope. Don't mine boulders if you don't have the space for them. Don't harvest fields if you are not ready for the product.
