False (unless it needs some super rare special circumstances?)

Well, it doesn't "stun" you, technically speaking, but it adds a short delay after the parry phase during which you can't do anything.

I assume this is so you cannot spam parry?

Hmm I need to test that again, because I didn't noticed that.

Why, no; you can't do that anyway due to its general attack cooldown. It does, however, add a small element of risk to using parry in that it allows your opponent to strike back at you if you do it badly.

It's been a while since I've done much fishing, but that's what all fish and related items look like when you dry them. Also, I believe this was a part of the game since fishing was added.

Surprised to see an update so quickly after the last one, even if it is relatively minor. An update this size every week would make this game damn near marketable within a mere few months.
The sweat and blood shed by its people had established a strong foundation upon which the most powerful entity in the world would be built.

Anyone have stats on the pants yet?

Kind of under-whelmed by the entire set. It's not even good as a back-up PvP set tailoring wise. Good that you included more uses for Indian Cotton but I can tell you the T3 cost to make with difficulty values on the set will make it obsolete and under-used like much of the clothing out there.
