Surely an admin will get a gold colour if they end up donating much of their IRL money into the game. ofcourse they woudn't get things for free. Besides, their pink title has no meaning at all.

Pink means forum admin by default, which means they have access to almost everything. Mods just get to move posts and do janitorial work and scrub the toile... err threads.
