I acknowledge you seem to feel that players who lack the commitment, dedication, time, energy, or effort deserve the same treatment and rewards as thise who invest countless more into this game. I disagree and feel that all players deserve to be rewarded proportionally to their efforts. There are plenty of games out there that cater to the masses and strive to include underperformers. Mostly in an act of capitalism to part the weak from their wallets. I would rather take the high road and let the players who cannot spend the 1 hour it would take to make enough silver to buy a golden egg realize that they are indeed in a sandbox that never wwas and never will be designed for them to flourish.

Equating under-performance with not playing this game 4-8 hrs a day is pretty silly. They are performing as well as they can with the time that they have to play the game. Thank you for making golden eggs buyable. That should help the noobs.

Now, can you take his hat off because he really didn't deserve it in my opinion.

For the noob, your hat is in your inventory if you had an empty slot. if you didn't then JC owes you a new hat if he just threw it on the ground, imo. Good luck. Golden eggs are 480s in the seasonal white stall by the blue stalls. That seems like a fair price for them as they are quite rare. You should be able to make 480s in an hour or two by foraging feathers and arrowheads and drying skins.

Hmmm, that is a topic for an arguement. As a player, I'd preffer being rewarded for good performance by game mechanics and skills. Like Viscera skill - if you play much you get more from hunting. Thats a reward for dedication. But when it comes to events, I think anyone should be able to participate at equal conditions, even the guy who started playing today. Adding egg to stall somehow helped that, sad that it was done after I became naughty ) But we shall see what those buffs will turn out in )
Knowing JC sense of humor, being naughty might turn out a better buff than the nice one ))

PS, anyway thanks Dev team for the event and all the fun ) Just don't feel judget for trying to make a holiday for us )) We are giving feedback for making everything better *rainbow.jpg*

I specifically said 1 hour. You then repeated 4-8. I have thus not read anything else you said and if I catch you directly changing something I said in a quote to make your failed argument again you will be dunce capped.

No I agreed with you that you could make 480s in an hour or two. I simply said 4-8 hrs to show what the top players are putting in to be there. The whole argument is that more development and events need to happen so that people who are only on for an hour or 2 can also feel part of the community.

I'm not a noob, I can kill bears I have viscera I'm going for plantation management next harvest will give me tier 3 crops, I have a fertile turkey that was found not bought it didn't poop no golden goose I just didn't ***** know JC ***** golden eggs at pvp events because this info was nowhere I encountered. I can afford golden eggs and I could before the; fact that I want more inclusive events is not for me personally I know crazy that some people think of others. And like I said personally I find events immersion breaking so I don't really bother but some people do love them and I wanted more people to be able to attend.

And I had an empty inventory and JC threw my hat away it seems.

I had an in-game event where I gave your hat to the first new player who could tell me how to get a golden egg.

Be proud that your hat went to the very thing you are fighting for.

Be proud that I will play the game again when I have my hat back then. But seeing how I doubt that will happen because you don't seem to be the kind have fun with whatever you think you're doing. I'll be having fun in PoE.

...and the game shrinks by one because of JC's bullying, plus all the bad reviews this person will give, and all the people he'll tell NOT to play this game. Wouldn't you rather have 10,000 people playing this game instead of what we have now?

10,000 people with the constant negativity of his posts.

Complaining about in-game events that are too hard because they require 1 hour of effort? Or better yet complaining about an event 4 days before it happens, before he himself could have ANY idea how it would work or who would be able to benefit from it.

No thanks. If every player in this game was akin to Lord_Avu I would shut the game down. I consider toxic players & attitudes to be a direct threat to the game and I consider any efforts I can do to get them to realize this is not the game to them a positive move. I understand YOU want this game to have 10,000 players who are all running around enjoying themselves and patting each other on the back for being able to be competitive with the 1 hour a day they have to invest and dabble in the title.

I on the other hand want nothing to do with this. I want a niche title for serious gamers who acknowledge, respect, and in the end appreciate that this game offers a play style that is not otherwise found in the market. The world is not black and white. Every 'warm body' that occupies this forum or in-game server space is not an asset. Simple as that.
