So there, mystery solved. It's not under games, where it should be.

no ,when you click watch-programs and after you choose new programs and you type Salem in search it works

Oh yeah. Thanks, that's obviously. Salem is not a game. It's a program...

Well all games are essentially programs  but yeah, guess that was an oversight.
Not sure if general steam community is ready for Salem, but every bit helps I suppose.

I remember MMORPG.COM 1000 salem beta keys givaway long time ago :D Boston filled with dozens of black clothed pilgrims unaware what to do, and how to forage grass, and someone lured bear to show them how wildlife looks :D

Snip

Clearly not everyone has the patience to play salem, the nature of the game will generate alot of angry people.
I'm unsure how it would go on steam, hopefully it will pull more gamers in.

also pretty sure that 99% of the people that will write bad about the game is based on exp with the old devs slack. outdated knowledge. and they need to be told they don't know **** about the game before they have tried it again.

There is already information out there how tough Salem is. Instead of backing away from that and trying to hide it, we need to embrace it. We need to let everyone know that the reason we play is because it is so difficult, because then the rewards are so much sweeter. Let the novice guys complain - reinforce the fact that it is hard - and explain why it is hard.

Sure, the review system on Steam may skew initial impressions. But for every comment about the game being bad, we can post another comment about it being good, and why. It takes so long to know why Salem is good, but once you know, it is indeed a unique thing you can't get elsewhere.

My dog walks me to the park and doggy styles me, if you find that weird you're an arrogant gender-assuming bloodthirsty gun-loving cisgender bestial sexist incestuous white-previlege misogynistic biased raped privileged Nazi slave owner terrorist lesbian.

You have link in the OP. Or you can search greenlight, but in software category, not games
