This is what driking it gave me:
Drinking an entire liter filled the bar up to 100%, but it disappeared relatively fast. Drinking only 1 liter seems to make it last longer, but doesn't provide as much regeneration.
Not sure how to make the other teas yet

So far I have only tried smelling salts. I went out looking for flowers and haven't found the ones for Columbine Paste:

I am boiling willow bark in the hope that is a stage in making willow bark tonic, I tried right clicking various water sources.
Has anyone figured out how to get leeches yet?
If this is what happens every time I log in, I think I won't be playing quite so much.
