So, let me get this straight, our current mines are fine as long as we do not care much about the purity of the ore coming out of them?

Everybody has about 2-10 Mines within couple hundred squares at max. EVERYBODY should be able to get a new mine in their base by simply making an 'expansion' onto their existing base or a small nearby mining settlement. ANYBODY who is unwilling to do this, doesn't concern me.

I don't really mind that the mining stuff is changing. It needs an overhaul. but....

Can you answer these questions:

1. Are these changes happening now, in this patch? ...or later?

2. Will we be able to build 100% mines after the mine nerf in December or will we have to wait until Janurary?

3. What % iron should we expect from our old legacy mines? How much lower are they going to be?

4. What will rod purity do now that we can see every mine? Do they do anything at all at higher purity?

I received a 35% ore out my legacy mine today and immediately stopped mining, before it was 70%-90%

So the nerf has already happened?

Bars above 60% will be much more rare.

I reserve the right to nerf legacy ore/meat/knife/ironbars/blades etc. in a future patch.

Im curious as to how far legacy mines can go (50% pure???).

I am guessing you have doubled the size of unopened mines from the sounds of it.

Im rather upset about this change to be honist, my whole base was designed around 2 mines and a lime pit and from the sounds of it, the mines will become redundant?

Any chance there could be a donation option to get my mine entrances rebuilt after the patch

He just cares so much about us is why he does this... the time put into making a base a certain way for def purposes doesn't concern him as he say if we don't want to go outside our def to.mine he don't care. I've put hours of work into my base it has 2 mines and there are no more near me if there were the time it would take to rebuild all that is point less i have nothing but mountains near me and spent much time making my area but that doesn't concern him

You want a complete server wipe, which will take away more than the few hours you spent building a base, but optionally having to find a new spot is unacceptable?

Just give everyone warning to move their **** out of their mine and reset them all.

Not everything that is in the mine can be taken out.
