My character got KO'd by darkness and bleeding disappears.

Yes in most cases the bleed will disappear if you get KO'd.

Dont you think that 14 dry boards to repair a single segment damaged is a bit too much? its more than 4x the materials needed to create said plank wall segment....

The repair mats are more than the segments cost due to the incoming changes to raiding. Active Defenders will need to have large stock piles of materials to keep the raiders out.

Mini Patch #4:
*Flower Arrangement now has 3 uses.
*Changed the Flora and Fauna requirement of Waste to Sparks and Embers.
*Pots now display 0 Yield after herbs are harvested from them.

JC, if not making toolbelt displayed optional, at least please make it to be offloaded in container AFTER backpack items...

It depends on the order they were equipped. But yeah, it really should be made into its own window, like the keyring.
