if you have not already done it could we have a simple on off comand that overlays % damage over a structure at some point

start destroying them and you will see how far along they are. As of right now, the client is unaware how badly they are damaged beyond quarters (i.e. it knows whether it is 0-25% damaged, 25-50, 50-75 or 75-99)
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

*Weekly Rent on stalls will most likely be doubled. Data has shown that the average stall is paying almost 1,000 Silver a week in taxes. Thus even at 500 silver a week the average stall would still be free. However, those not using their stalls would of course turn over faster.

That's an interesting bit of information, there. Are the stalls not producing even half the average not doing so because they're just not being updated, prices too high or items that nobody wants to pay silver for, or because someone is just camping it?

Yes there seems to be a good drop-off between players who update their stalls regularly, and players who let them sit mostly empty for most of the time.

To be specific.

44 Stalls would be Free @ 500silver/week based on their performance.

26 Stalls would be paying at least 'some' form of weekly rent.

*Items with 25 Difficulty will have an in-game way to 're-roll' their difficulty again. This is more or less a warning for anybody who is selling Mystery stuff at low prices due to the default difficulty. Just a general heads up that it will be 'fix'd' next patch.

For those not at Darkness Friday JohnCarver announced Tea will be in the December Patch and a debuff called Hydrated & Happy which they are looking for alternate names for. (Must be alliterative).

Some proposals:
Slaked & Sated
Quenched & Quelled
Moist & Mollified ¦]
Savored & Saturated
Saturated & Satisfied

Also potatoes in the January patch. The Top Hat will be able to be made, but not until February Patch at the earliest.

Dunno about tea, but for booze it should definitely be Drunk and Disorderly.
