rustatorium had 30 players in their town, since i personally killed 11 that had recognizable names from providence i can attest that there were a minimum of that many uniques.

"the cookie jar" was alloins town it had around 50 personal non alt lean tos in it (since your an idiot and would not know, you can tell these things by key names, alt vs non alt gear, personal effects containered inside etc), in this town you had all of the candy gang, all of the kzerg and all of the arcadia players. it was located 3 minutes from rustatorium because just like on providence all of these players are allied together and act as one while pretending to be a smaller group with its own identity. then 5 minutes to the northeast you had yet another town with about 10 people in it. this was where all of the retarded cannon fodder was stationed. among this town were various "useful idiots" like hose that the other group used for ***** but did not want at their real town.

between cookie jar and retardville i killed another 14 people, after i hit cookie jar is when judaism, LOMS and several other rustatoriums tried to derail me and beat me to the win. they REGULARLY fielded around seven against me for those few weeks until they started getting killed. keep in mind this was six months after "everyone quit" and throngs of them had been killed already and they were still fielding that many.

so feel free to "assure me" all you like, as always you do not know **** about ****. this is how popham was and is how providence has been since the tribe dissolved long after you quit. the reason there was "nobody to fight" is for the exact reason i stated because 80% of the people pretending that they were looking for one were on the same team and after godtuwn went to the new haven when it came out they quickly ran out of newb hermits to beat up on, which is not an issue that the developers can fix with a patch and is only something that will be remedied by a shift in the mindset of the playerbase itself toward personal achievement/victory instead of the european socialist zerglord playstyle.

this is also why i spent time locking in as many leaderboard slots as i could vs just ending the server months ago, i wanted to reinforce that notion and hopefully encourage less circlejerking and more competition this next go around by folks seeing me win everything and the zerg end up with nothing.

these same people are of course unwilling to accept that they themselves ruined popham by creating all of the problems that they ***** about so they clamor and prattle on about trivial nothings to pin the blame on like TBCs that were never used on the server once cannons came into the picture and about being stocked which for anyone that actually knows the mechanics in question is so laughable that it should be a claeyt post, unfortunately very few do know this aspect of the game so this ridiculous sentiment is not shot down until i have to waste my time on it, then a ***** like you comes along to cavort all over the thread while making loud snorting sounds and slapping his arms into his chest.


as to the rest i could care less about your "douchebag forum persona" that you think ended years ago, i just do not like clueless asswipes telling me i am wrong on an issue when since the day i was born that has never been the case and certainly isn't now either, then spewing nonsensical drivel out of their fellatio delivery device about me trying to skew the next expedition in my favor which is not even possible and when for the numerous years you have been gone i have been the sole neutral voice of balance for every playstyle.

Yeah I remember back then he needed his time off for family stuff, tho I can't remember exactly if it was the fortunate coincidence of them having a babby or something else. I said it before about Popham and I'll say it again now even though the idea of the wait slightly breaks my heart xD If he needs time off I'd rather he take it before launching the expedition, or with the mini updates already coded and ready to be deployed when he has brief windows of time. Otherwise I'd rather wait for it all to go smoothly and be monitored and I completely understand if he'd need his time. You guys have a pretty decent vision for the game and it'd suck for logistics to let it all slip out of your control and go the way of Popham, where dissinterest set in for odd reasons that I can't put my finger on.

it is not hard to grasp why popham got stale.

1> nobody knew how to become a witch so those intending to make a run at winning were delayed

2> nobody actually wanted to pvp so all of the "pvpers" lumped together and gangbanged carebears until they all quit, which in turn left them nobody to pick on.

3> haven with all of its "superior pvp systems" such as soulbound store items and magical liches that simply teleport to your target and kill them for you instead of a cannon raid or tbc that you can try and defend against came out shortly afterward siphoning off the small portion of shared players.

4> the playerbase is weak, so after losing a 50 stat pile of crap most quit instead of rerolling and gunning for their antagonizers.

5> the playerbase is lazy, so despite having animals for months nobody cared about them until some of the rares were posted and by then they had already made the excuse the ark could not be completed in time which is ridiculous.

Darwoth it is really great and all that you keep going at it but are you really that retarded that you think we had 50 freaking people ?

I could name them all individually but lets be a little less precise: Arcadia started out with 3 people, 2 of which were active. Alloin and his friends started out with 4 people, 3 of which were active. Not everyone from our group was as interested in the expeditions so we started out with around 10 people and bear in mind that from the previous listed numbers some were not participating in PvP and such.

And in regards to your time invested claims, I did seriously quit Popham after 1 month. I came back after you destroyed the village and my cumulative playtime on it is probaly less than 10 days total and that would include multiboxing. I would glady give John my accountnames, I didn't die a single time on a character and he could then maybe confirm that I really never attempted ***** on Popham.

I do agree that looking back onto it, we never shoud've stopped but It simply was not interested enough and many quited the game pernamently afterwords. It was just extremely devastating and quite boring afterwords alot of the competetors quited or died. You alongside some rewards temporary, less than two weeks gave me a little motivation to lurk around again. By then I was in an unknown town and people that I barely knew but and had little influence regards matters.

Thats the whole story, as accurate you can get it. It is also why I don't consider your victory a proper one, the difficulty of the server laid in the start and you missed out on that.

Well because probably never care about the opinion of the playerbase on the main mechanics? They already know what when wrong in popham this is more like a formal thread to pic a name, since they are perfect and the playerbase is to blame! Shame on you! it was a 30 and 50 man village with a dozen "groups" in said village acting as one while pretending to not be the same group, like i stated. you should put your hat on backwards bleach your shoes and make a rap song about it.
