The execution list got full. Somebody tried to give him a scalp that met certain criteria... and not other criteria as he only displays the (Top 10). That is fixed, but work is still being done to ensure minimal collateral dmg from the crash.

I hope i still get my mask ? :p

Just as long as there is no hnh style area nukes.

Data integrity and rollback points are established on both map-unloads and character logouts. So if it eases anybodies mind, there is always that. But that is messy and something we still wish to avoid. Hence the longer downtime here to explore all our options and take this opportunity to learn this previously uncharted territory for us.

Thanks for the timely update.

Hopefully the fact the servers are in Europe... this US holiday won't impact your ability to get someone to verify there is no hardware issue with the actual server.

Definitely not hardware related.

Servers are still very much in Europe.

Are you sure the timeout wasn't planned? Perhaps a log file that reached terminus that was initiated to evaluate the changes you made so far upon the populace.

The timeout was caused by my own failure to fully test all possible outcomes from turning in a scalp after the "minimum" accepted threshold was added.

You should scalp yourself now, failure is not acceptable.

Nah- log files, stack overflow, it happens...

I'm just happy Devs are responsive and on board.

99% other games I've played- there'd be no word at all... just tons of 'hate' and flaming on the forums...

Hope you can sort it out soon...

Thanks
