The tech guy at Paradox responsible for the store has told me that he believes the store to be properly fixed now.

I still did not get my original mystery box, however I can confirm that the store is working now as I had just purchased a new mystery box and I did receive it right away.

Okay, the store is definitely back on I just tested it also with a third mystery box, but I still didn't receive my purchases from this last weekend either (just 2 mystery boxes so no biggy). What should we do? I know, I'll PM Loftar and what's her name.

Paradox Support has responded to me and has the process moving for my missing silver. Have you emailed support@paradoxplaza.com about the missing mystery boxes?

yep, they responded but I still haven't got them. They said they're working on it on Monday.

The shop is now reported working again. Also, the support e-mail address for purchases is support@paradoxplaza.com, and nothing else. Updated OP.

I'm still seeing nothing in game about the purchases I made over the weekend, and haven't heard from Paradox since Monday. Is there any hope for us to get the stuff we bought when the store wasn't working or is it all through Paradox customer service/sales email or Paypal dispute refunds? I don't mind waiting if they're fixing it, but if those purchases aren't coming tell us so we can contact Paypal.

I'll wait weeks for you not to have to worry about it so you can keep deving.

I'm only out $6 so I don't really mind, but I'm more worried about a couple people I know who had founder's packs and another player looking for his redcoat pack every couple of hours. They've all been contacted by Paradox this week pre-fix, so hopefully they figure it out about the sales last weekend now that the store is up for new purchases.

Paypal disputes really aren't that hard. Paradox has a habit, I guess, of not even responding to them so you always get it back as far as I've heard.
