Hi there, we're currently looking for new players to fulfill specific roles within our community. To be considered as possible member your application must meet the following requirements:

20+ years and of a mature and responsible attitude.
Good clear communication in the queens English.
Working microphone and TeamSpeak 3 client installed.
Active, playing regularly 14+ hours min. per week, with exceptions

Do not be put off by how specific we are. We are trying to shape our requirements based on compatibility with our current community members and who they would like to see joining.

Do no be concerned about not knowing everything about the game, if you are new we will teach you. Even more so advice will be given when you have decided which path to take / role in community.

Hello there!

I would like to join your community. I'm 22 years old, live in Belgium (GMT+1) and speak fluent English.
I'm new to Salem and crafting MMO's as a whole, but am enjoying it so far and have learned the basics. But I would like to expand my knowledge of the game.
I have briefly played WoW, but before that I have played an MMORPG called 'Tibia' for many years. I have quit doing so, because the game changed for the worse unfortunately.
I can certainly play for 14 hours a week. I doubt that would be a problem.
A friend told me about Salem about a year ago. I checked it out, but it was still in an early phase. I got back to it a few weeks ago, and now finally managed to get a beta key.

I have no idea which role I would take in your community. Everything is fine, except form anything warrior-like. I prefer not to be a fighter.

Beside the fact of me being a newbie, I seem to enjoy this game alot. I hope I will stick around with it. I dont like being a lone wolf so I am looking for a group early on. If I really like the game, I will be active for more than 14 hours per week. If I don't like the game, I will just inform you that I'm leaving.

I use teamspeak (i hate typing in any game) and my english is quite fluent.

not being a teenybopper, having a mic, speaking english and logging on every now and then does not sound terribly specific to me =P
