Hemp,One of the world's most useful products, for years hemp has brought many new things to the table and was a very important part of life for the settler's, it was used to make paper and cloth and made medicine. This is why I have come to the conclusion that Hemp Farming is a skill that should be introduced to the game. But just a skill is obviously not enough, along with it would bring new craftables like "Hemp Cloth" and a new inspirational/mask "Pipe" and new clothing to go along with the cloth. Smoking hemp would also have an effect maybe like the one we see in HnH, or maybe a different one. Also throwing in the effects of alchemy making the effects of smoking say a mercury/sulfur hemp bud would do damage to your blood (or KO you like devils wart).
Lots of fun directions to go when it comes to Hemp, just something to ponder on.
