If you have time, you can even start with the wiki and some important threads of the forums, especially in the help section. I can even help you to do so. I'm not an english master, but my french is more than correct.
The question I ask myself is would you be patient enough to do that ?

As far as I know, all the java code is opened... I don't know how it works tho, but you may be able to find the texts in the code, somewhere, and translate it without any help. ...or with the help of someone who knows java, maybe
