Bounty Hunting.

I know there are some mentioning of it, but i will add in some detail on how this should work.
A Notice board / npc will be in the Town center of each server, which shows current bountys.
The information given will be :
Name, which changes if they change name, so they cannot swap names / hide away.
When last active - The last time a new addition to the bounty pot against that player was made.
Current Bounty - The total current bounty on that person (Clicking on the total brings up a list of its contributors)
Notoriety - Player with highest bounty will be at the top and in ascending order.
Claimed bountys - Page with collected bountys
How it works :
Basically Bountys can only be placed against a murderer, and the only person who can place a bounty is the direct descendant of the character murdered (you must inherit to be able to place a bounty against your murderer).
You have 7 days to place the bounty against this player at the NPC / notice board (Giving you time to collect silver), which is when the scent will expire from the floor anyways. After 7 days, if you have not placed a bounty tough ****.
When you place the bounty, the name of your murderer is listed directly for all too see, murdering criminals cannot hide. With a total bounty against the murderer also.
When you finally kill A player who has a bounty on their head, after you kill them you get the option to "scalp"(you have 5 mins to do this or the body decays), then you take the head as a trophie back to the NPC, who then deposits the silver into your bank, -20% handling fee. The reason It places it into your bank is so it allows players from different servers to act as bounty hunters on other servers why being able to benefit from the rewards on their own server. (Thinking of impending XServer Travel)
Also, If the head is not scapled and taken back to the NPC, the Bounty is refunded back to the players into their bank -30% handling fee, however its updated that the criminal has been killed, but the bounty was not claimed.
