Party system advise

Recently I learn the Right of "englishmen" skill and went out with my friend to hunt deers.We were on party but when we engaged my damage gone through him too (stomp) and made us die against it ... So please fix party system no trade damage between members with right of englishmen on.

This should be in the help section probably. House of Burgesses is for Politics.

You can easily avoid doing damage to each other with a little practice.
Friendly damage should not be removed.

indeed. It seems like a pain now, but as darwoth pointed out very accurately, it would break group combat to a very large extent.
