Few improvements...

Food & purity:
1. Healing high biles char is nightmare right now, would be nice to increase base-heal-values for food, I know what about multi 10.0... change function, it doesn't have to jump as fast as food-gluttony-values.
2. Gluttony make it a bit easier for new and medium players, but harder for pros (like you done with profs maybe?).
3. Current purity grinding is terrible for new players, amount of informations they have to learn while farming is just too big.

Social & towns:
Idea that we need to build larger communities (or trade) is awesome, but we need better town members management, right now mayor or his loyal friends have to be online 24h per day.

1. permission to allow/disallow building personal claim on town claim for each citizen,
2. (skip if it was fixed) some time ago crimes on other town citizen personal claim, while we both were same town members, didn't triggered braziers,
3. walls and structures destroyable/buildable (without waste-claim) only for citizens with permissions (two different one for destroy and one for build),
4. We should be able to see how strong is character... in RL on first look you can see if someone is able to wear 20kg armor and run after you for looong time or he is alchemist that gets out of breath when gathering rocks for experiments.
5. Alliances we should be able to give permissions to town claim for other people like fighters that came to help us during raids.
6. In-game communication (chat) sucks, we have no chat history after game crashes, we also need alliance chat-channel (created when few towns mayors agree to accept create/join union/alliance).
7. We should be able to see does someone got crime debuff and does he made crime as long as there are scents of those crimes.

Informations about game:
Yeah I know you have idea of tutorials it is ok, but on official places (in-game and website) there should be more informations about how-to-play.
1. Right now I bet that if there would be clear info that you need to create two characters (one for farming/crafting that stays in safe place, and other for hunting and fighting if needed) then it would be half rage quits from newbies.
2. More official (frak forums, people does use it at start) info about permadeath and crimes, that is unique concept, so it needs to be explained much better than it is right now to new and medium people.

Fun:
Less grind is good.

I am not sure does it will make it better or not but
1. maybe fields should give less crops, but each pie should give us better gluttony values?
2. smelters should burn more iron bars, but burn longer and consume more resources?
3. Larger coal camps or less wood blocks per each, but each coal should give more fuel?
4. Trees should grow faster or purity should jump faster?
5. Like idea of animals avoiding hits, but after they got aggro they are stupid, why not use almost (we should be able to hit it:)) same AI during fight?
6. More ways to get silver, we may craft so many items, but sell to NPCs so few :(
7. More artifacts for cloths (iron and copper maybe?).
8. Artifacts for swords and guns would be nice (faster reload, faster thrust/parry, longer shot range, shorter aim time etc etc).
9. Hate mining, running like zombie to find better mine is bad concept, and after we find it we can't defend it well enough.
10. More decoration for newbies, maybe if we build house we could be able to change its look using different boards?
11. More cloth sets (something that will be equal to admiral uniform and musketeers hat please).
12. More foods recipes (and rebalance current recipes, half of it is useless).
