Beaver spawn rate

Been wandering a bit around on my server (Roanoke) and noticed that it appears that even accounting for stricter spawn areas (near rivers/lakes), Beaver feels underrepresented in terms of animal life ... seem to find more Deers even when following Rivers than i find Beavers ...

Any chance for a slight increase in Beaver spawning rate?

I agree - definitely saw more deers and even more bears and I lived long time next to a river / lake.
