First and foremost: claim transfer - let you transfer your claim to another character. Useful for conducting land sales.

Shared claim management: Allow characters with certain permission checked on the stone (just like Tresspass, Waste, Larceny works) so that player can also open the claim stone window and see the upkeep, manage permissions and extend the claim if desired. Currently other characters can add silver to the claim stone but they dont know the upkeep level.

that's true, but when a claim is personal it means is only your ^^
if you want something pubblic i think a town is what you need

claim transfer: now i know it's possible only between characters of a single account due the death of the original owner
i was thinking about selling my well raised land for move myself on a better location... but it's a lot hard to make XD (even becouse who has silvers to buy it generally has a claim where is settled)

can be a good add

Claim transfer would be awesome. It would allow the selling of land beyond just declaiming and letting someone else claim. I suppose, though, that the devs won't want to get rid of such a large silver sink as claim expansion, and that's what this idea would essentially do.

Adding a permission like 'owner' to the claimstone checklist sounds like a great idea to me. Allow someone else to have all the privileges of owning the claim if you prefer to have a pclaim instead of a vclaim or you want to maintain both.

For a bit of clarification, you can only inherit with a new character. Existing characters don't have this option.

I believe this has come up before. I'm of mixed feelings on it, but I see no negatives to allowing it, though.

I'm with the poster above, though, when it comes to "sharing space." Get a town together. Personal claims should remain such, even if you can transfer ownership. Having that town claim has even more benefits to it (though there are currently certain potential drawbacks to it).
