KO Loop reduction: Respawn with 1 in all humours.

Reading complaints about getting stuck in a KO loop from either living in darkness or getting trapped somehow on hostile ground, got me to thinking about possible solutions to this.

My proposal is this: When you respawn, you should start off with:
1 Blood
1 Phlegm
1 Yellow Bile
1 Black Bile

This is a very small amount (not exploitable for "free" healing) but it WOULD give you enough time on respawn to do something useful to get out of the loop, such as porting to Boston.

yeah I'm stuck in a loop atm, but on further thinking, I guess its so if you do a crime, you are there to be killed if the owner returns....
If you are in a safe place the option to port to Boston is available after 24 hrs, is a day too much to lose?
Goes back to... claim your damn land.
My situation is just an alt... I can wait

You are stuck on someone's claim with criminal acts turned on, not in darkness in KO loop.
What OP talks about here is that when you are KOed and respawned on your own claim, those of your humours that were below 1, should be set to 1.
I support this idea.

I think that this is the important point as the way I read the OP, all humors get reset to 1 even if they would still be full (such as passing out from BB drain on a claim even though blood and YB are still full... but might be another disincentive to avoid "simply trespassing").

Hmm...I had meant that "Everything below 1 is reset to 1", but the more punitive "All Humours set to 1" is also an interesting idea.

If all humors were set to 1 regardless of where they started, I think that would be a good idea. Still punishes you for dying, but is not as likely to punish you twice, or three times, or whatever, if you have a hard time porting quickly. Multiple deaths happened a couple times to my exploring alt in the darkness and I was very sad. :cry:
