Metal Axe

The metal axe should better board making tool, than flint axe.
Now both axes make boards at 10%, and drains ~0.8 phlegm.
My suggestions:
Metal axe should make boards a bit faster maybe 15% ?
And drain a little bit fewer phlegm.

They are going to add a saw, when I do not know but if you unequip your axe and click the sawbuck it already says 'You need a saw to make boards', their was a lot of talk about this in http://forum.salemthegame.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1976 already.
